Typographical errors

In the event a Ibwbroadcast product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Ibwbroadcast shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ibwbroadcast shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order cancelled, Ibwbroadcast shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Terms and termination

This terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the web site and /or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by Ibwbroadcast without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copywriting, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination

Quotation/Orders

You, the Customer a person or a company purchasing a product from ibwbroadcast, where ibwbroadcast is identified as product vendor on your invoice and/or where relevant as service provider. The order confirmation is a formal acknowledgement of a product or products ordered by you.

Quotations are only valid in writing and for the period stated. You can order by internet, email/ or telephone, but orders are only binding when accepted by ibwbroadcast in a written order confirmation. You need to check your order confirmation and notify us for any mistakes in writing.

Placing Orders

Ibwbroadcast implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. User personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information supplied by users is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database to be only accesses as stated above. When you elect to store a credit card, your full credit card number is not visible to us. It is masked and used only to complete the transaction.

Price and Payment Terms

Products, Service offers, Tax, Shipment, Insurance and installation are shown on your invoice. Payment will be made before  Supplies and Services.

Acceptance

You must inspect your product for any defects or non – conformity within seven days. If  ibwbroadcast agrees for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, you must request  a return number  and show proof of purchase. The cost for returning the product ( sent by you ) will be carried by you.

Limitation of liability

Ibwbroadcast SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS WEB SITE OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF IBWBROADCAST HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICAPLE  LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL  OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
